How my journey began
Hello, I'm An Ny, a UX/UI designer with a unique journey. I didn't always chase pixels and prototypes. In fact, I started my career in Accounting and Finance, crunching numbers and navigating the complexities of the financial world. It was a valuable experience, but deep down, I had a different passion calling my name.
The allure of design, user experiences, and the limitless possibilities of the digital landscape eventually led me to make a bold decision. I decided to embrace my creative side and transitioned into the world of UX/UI design. It was a leap of faith, but it's been a journey filled with excitement, innovation, and endless learning.
My experience in finance taught me precision, attention to detail, and the importance of creating solutions that make sense. These skills have seamlessly translated into my design work, where I now blend the art of aesthetics with the science of functionality.
My hobbies
I love Crochet! It is more than just a hobby; it's a way for me to weave intricate patterns and textures, much like I do with user interfaces. There's a sense of satisfaction in creating something beautiful and functional with my own two hands.
Now, here's a little fun tidbit about my crochet projects. As you can tell, we seem to have a color theme here. It's because when I first started crocheting, I bought one enormous pack of yarn. Little did I know, I didn't need as much yarn as I thought I would for one project. I ended up with a bunch of leftover yarn in the same set of colors.
So, naturally, I decided to embark on a mission to use up every last bit of that yarn before even thinking about shopping for more. Hence, the unintentional but now quite intentional color theme in my crochet creations. You could say my yarn stash is on a diet, and it's all about those colors!
Painting is my canvas for self-expression. It's where I let my imagination run wild, experimenting with colors, shapes, and emotions. Each stroke of the brush tells a story, just as every element in my designs communicates a message.
And then there's my deep affection for One Piece. It's not just a series; it's an epic adventure that has been a constant source of inspiration for me. The tales of camaraderie, ambition, and boundless exploration resonate with my creative spirit, reminding me to always seek new horizons in my work.
